Tender for Selling Byproduct Generated During Operations

Duration of Contract:

The duration of the contract shall be 3 years from the date of agreement signing.




Scope of Work:

Rajadhani Minerals Private Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible parties for the purchase, lifting, and transportation of byproducts generated during the sand purification operations at our Kinfra Industrial Park, Kuttipuram unit.

Byproduct Details:

• Type of Byproduct: Saline clay and a mixture of saline pebbles/shells.
• Source: Purification process of dredged sand from port limits.
• Quantity: Approx. 20-30 tons per day (Approx. 450-500 tons per month)
• Collection Frequency: Byproduct must be lifted the next day after generation without fail.



Eligibility:

• Prior experience in byproduct handling is preferred.



Tender Submission:

• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only).
• EMD of the successful bidder will be adjusted towards the Security Deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only).
• The EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded without interest.



Financial Terms:

• Bidders must quote their rate per ton (excluding GST and Royalty).
• GST and Royalty are payable by the tenderer as per applicable Government rates.
• Loading Charges: Rs. 50 per ton + GST, payable to Rajadhani Minerals.
• Transit Pass Charges: Rs. 220 per truck + GST, payable to Kerala Maritime Board



Tender Timeline:

• Last Date for Submission: 02th July 2025 (up to 4:00 PM)
• Tender Opening Date: 26th June 2025 (at 11:00 AM)
• Tenders received after the deadline will not be considered.



Security Deposit:

• Rs. 1,00,000/- (adjustable from EMD).
• Security Deposit will be refunded after the contract period, subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with contract terms.



Byproduct Inspection:

Interested bidders can inspect the byproducts at Rajadhani Minerals Private Limited, Kinfra Industrial Park, Kuttipuram, on any working day before submitting the tender.




General Conditions:

• The tenderer shall ensure daily lifting without fail.
• If the byproducts are not lifted for 3 continuous days, the contract is liable for termination, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
• The quoted rate is exclusive of all statutory taxes, charges, GST,Royalty,etc.,which are to be borne by the tenderer.
• Rajadhani Minerals reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
